Peppermint Eesential Oil
Peppermint essential oil increases circulation, helps with muscle spasms, and is also a pain reliever. This oil has a cool soothing sensation making it ideal for use in these Soaks.
Directions for use ~ Add one ball into a warm bowl (big enough to place feet into) now place both feet into the bowl and sit back and relax while the foot soak goes to work. Allow to soak for a minimum of 20min. Pat dry feet once finished.
